Hey Bill no offense taken in fact I love your response. The whole thing does comes with a lot of hype on the website that's why I was wondering if anyone had ever seen or heard of it.
It's represented as a whole system. We supply 150,000 cash buyers. we'll teach you how to contact them, how to talk to them and find out what they want. then you go get the deal and BAM they buy, you close.
Even if I had 2 G's & $100 a month to toss away I think I'd go down and put it all on black first.

I heard about this the other day and took a look at the website (just add .com). They are touting "the opposite of what is taught".
Rather than find the deal and search for a buyer they say we have 150k Cash buyers. Contact the buyer than find the property they want.
Price is $1997 and $97 per month.
At this steep price it better work, YES.

Just looking for feedback, positive or negative.

As to Will Bernards response.

If one was to establish a relationship with a listing brokerage/agent, are there no ethical or legal restrictions prohibiting them from releasing info on an upcoming property to an outside source while it is in the BPO stage?

If not, it seems this would be a great way to at least get a leg up on your competition.

Jake, from what I've gathered from your post here the AM will contact and assign the listing agent a property. The agent must then perform certain tasks for the AM in order for the AM to prepare and return a listing agreement with the sale price and have the agent list on the MLS. Is this fairly accurate?

If so is there any ethical or legal regulations prohibiting the listing agent from making this properties upcoming availability knowledge to an outside source ie Cory?

If there isn't then becoming "Chummy", as you put it, could have a huge advantage, yes?

Just wanted to put out a heads up for everyone.
I hope you have already heard but tomorrow 4/1 09 there is supposed to be an april fools virus launched.
I don't know could be a Y2K scare but it's worth knowing and being careful of.
I have no details to contribute. I only know that it has been broadcast on national news and everyone I've spoken to in the past couple days seems to bring up the subject.
Happy 1st to all and be Careful on the internet.

It looks like it's already been taken care Joshua. The posting is now in the proper location and the double has been removed.
Sorry about that. I am new and my navigational skills are lacking.
Thanks to you and or your staff for handling that.

Joshua I found the problem. My profile was incomplete. It's working fine now
My next question;
I started a new post and it ended up in the wrong location. How can I remove it. It is not supposed to be where it is and you are going to flag it.
