Has anyone used the realeflow lead system?

There are plenty of places to buy 30/60/90 day late lists and NOD's, probably for less money. The best thing that they offer is the research tools... especially if you don't know where to find it elsewhere. Most of it is public information, but it's all in one place with Realeflow. Did the leads come with phone numbers or just names and property addresses? Are any of the homes non-owner occupied properties? If so, did they provide a mailing address for the owner of the property? You can't find phone numbers through Realeflow, but you can search tax records to get addresses of owners there. Of course, you can find that for free online in most counties as well.
I believe that they charge for each pre-foreclosure leads as well as probate leads. You can search tax records for things like non-owner occupied homes, or homes that should have lots of equity, etc for free... the the other leads you are talking about comes at a premium (above the monthly membership) if I remember correctly.
They are a legitimate service. They have been around for quite some time and there are a lot of people who use them. The CRM is pretty decent and setup for managing real estate leads. Hammerpoint is not a bad tool for rehab estimates, but you may have to adjust somethings according to your local market. Like anything else, there are plenty of tools to help estimate rehabs. I feel that they are a little pricey, but it's everything in one bundled system which makes it convenient.
Rarely will you find something that you can't find anywhere else. They will not have exclusive access to any lead unless they generate it through their own marketing campaigns, and I doubt that they are offering anything like that for a monthly subscription. You're paying for their tools and the convenience of having it all in one system. If you work the system, you will get leads. If you learn how to evaluate leads, estimate rehab costs, and negotiate with sellers, you can make deals.
