Ross Denman the leads just came with names and property address. I'm still new to real estate investing and I just need a system that will help me generate leads. Yhe information you provided is truly useful and I may try it out but not at the moment. I want to close at least one deal first before I buy any other courses. Thanks a lot Ross I appreciate it!

Ross Denman they actually gave me 5 free leads just for clicking on his site but I'm not sure those leads are actual leads. This is what he sent me, and I quote, "Over the course of flipping hundreds of real estate deals, I found that the very best opportunity to make money in real estate was through pre-foreclosure leads. Because this single lead type changed my business, and my life, I’ve created a special opportunity for you to get these leads completely free. Free Leads Here This is a very limited time offer, so please don’t wait too long to take me up on it. You’ll be getting access to our complete database of millions of properties currently in pre-foreclosure, which is updated daily when new records are released. You can be confident that you’re always getting the most up-to-date information available, sometimes even before the homeowners know that they are in pre-foreclosure. You’ll get all the information that you need to market to these leads and will have the power of complete Direct Mail automation plus highly responsive marketing materials at your fingertips. Has anyone heard of or used this system? It promises real leads but I want to know if it's just another scam or does it actually bring you leads.

I want to know the exact amount he still owes and how can I find this information. Also do you guys think this a good property to wholesale? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Chris T. I'm currently still negotiating with the seller but she seems pretty motivated. I was thinking about marketing the property and holding back on major information and not give the property away.

I'm currently looking at a property that I am positive that I could get under contract but I want to know if it's legal to market the property before signing the contract. I'm planning to wholesale the property.

Im a new investor and I had a seller call me today that she has a repossessed property for sale. I'm not sure if repossessed property mean that her property is about to be foreclosed or that she got the property back. I'm still new to REI so I'm still figuring out those terms. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Cornelius Garland I've sent a little over 1000 postcards and so far I've only received back about 5 calls and non of them sound motivated. I'll probably send out another set of postcards to the same list and hope i get a better response rate and hopefully close some deals. Thank you for your reply Cornelius, it was really helpful!

Im about to start another direct mail campaign and I'm wondering what is the best type of mailing to get the most motivated seller leads. I've sent out absentee owner postcards and I didn't get the response that I hoped for.
