Pace Morby Mentorship

Chida Truong

Hello BP investors,

I haven't seen any recent postings about Pace Morby's Sub To Mentoship program and wanted to see if anyone can give their honest feedback about the program who's joined recently?

I noticed quite a few of the reviews were from dead accounts or 1 and done posters so I was a bit weary about the legitimacy. Being that the cost of the program is about $7800 (amount I gathered from other posts), I didn't want to to make a costly mistake. All feedback greatly appreciated.

I’ve been in Subto since the beginning and I will honestly say it’s one of the best decisions of my life! I’ve learned how to buy real estate, cars, businesses(that’s going on currently) rv’s, rv parks, Gaines my best friends, business partners and good friends with Pace himself.

Pace's Subto Community/Mentorship is truly amazing and there are so many positive aspects to this Community/Mentorship.  This community is filled with people with different temperaments, talents, and convictions that are helping each other find ways to succeed in purchasing Real Estate, Automobiles, Planes, Boats, and now Businesses.  This community/mentorship gives one the choice to decide the areas they want to specialize in the Real Estate world.  You can learn to excel to go Direct to Agent, Direct to Seller, wholesale, Transaction Coordinate, Underwrite, and to buy and hold.  I am 2 months into this Community/Mentorship and it is changing my life and will be changing my future.  If you are willing to truly commit to taking action it will change your life.

I am a SubTo student who joined at the inception of this mentorship program, and I have gained invaluable knowledge during this journey. The sense of community here is truly remarkable and has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Every penny invested has been worth it, as there is a wealth of individuals eager to collaborate and assist in securing deals.

The mentorship program led by Pace Morby is, in my opinion, unparalleled. I've had the privilege of meeting numerous outstanding individuals who are always ready to support anyone in achieving their first or next successful deal. Pace is simply the best.

So I've been part of Pace's Subto group for awhile. The big thing with Pace's program is he's not 'just' covering 'Subject To' or 'creative financing' stuff. At this point there are so many knowledgable people in the program providing so much info and value that the only way to fail is by not doing anything. Are you going to be on the same track as Pace just because you join the program? Nope! But if you're looking for a good group of people to do deals with, make friends, and grow together, I can't recommend SubTo enough.

Pace Morby and the Subto Community,

Joining the SubTo Community and mentorship was the best investment I have made. Not only have I learned so much for creative financing, have access to a wealth of information, direct access to Pace Morby and the Leadership team, I have made the best friends in this community. The friends I have made are amazing, they have been so supportive, encouraging. I look forward to going to the Houston Power Hour where I sit with other and we make calls together this is how I learned to talk to Agents. The energy is fabulous and motivating. If you join Subto I promise you will be surprised and more than grateful. - Karol Houtman / Houston / Subto Student.

I've been in the Subto membership for almost a year. I've met some of my best friends that I can't go a day without talking to.

This is truly a community that will help one another get deals done and teach each other.

I've learned so many lessons on what path I should be on in my real estate journey so I've found my path as a Transaction Coordinator for not only cash deals but creative as well. This community can truly lead you to where you need to be and the people to get things done with

Hi everyone! I joined Subto (and Gator) 1.5 years ago. At that time I was recently unemployed and had only done one traditional real estate deal. I was tired of working for someone else, I barely had any money saved, had a bunch of debt, and definitely not enough money to even pay for the mentorship in full. Thankfully, they let me in on a payment plan. Fast forward to today and I've met some of my best friends in the community, my business partner, and even jumped out of a plane at 20k feet with Pace and 75 other Subto members!! I'm a huge believer in this community and how it can change your life.

I thought I was going to learn how to buy real estate with creative finance, but that was only a fraction of the insane benefits I've gotten out of being a part of this community. He definitely does NOT give all the info out in free YouTube videos. I also had that thought of why would I want to join when he gives so much away for free. Kids. Please. It's night and day inside the gates of Subto. I personally don't care if anyone else joins, we're 10k people strong at this point, but I'm a success story and if you're looking for something different or to take your business to the next level, maybe this is what you need.

Now for the good stuff. Last year I sold my first investment property creatively for $100k over what I could on the MLS at the time using what I learned in Subto. I also ended up learning what my avatars are and how to become a private money lender and transaction coordinator. Now I've made over $200k revenue in that business in the past year. I also met a business partner 6 months ago and we're on track to hit our first $25k/month this month, and our goal is $50k/month in the next few months. We're also under contract to buy resort properties in the US and Puerto Rico and looking at buying assisted living facilities with other community members. Whether you are interested in buying real estate creatively, want to learn how to be a private money lender, or how to buy businesses creatively, how to start a fund of funds, become a transaction coordinator, or many other things, this is the place to be. You have to try really hard not to make your money back and then some!!

I’ve been in Pace’s subto community for one year.  I joined after hearing him on biggerpockets podcast when Brandon was still on and he basically blew Brandon away with his strategies of taking care of due on sale clause and other issues.  Biggerpockets brought me into real estate and introduced me to another great community.  There are a lot of good people within subto many of them doing a ton of deals.  There are also a lot of them not doing many.  A lot of newbies too who joined to get the fast trac.  I do not suggest joining unless the money is no issue or you do a deal to make the money for the program.  Partnering with a subto student is also a great idea.  Like everything what you get out of it is if you do the work and this is regardless of having a big community to support you or not.  The price of admission is worth it but it is not necessary.  There is also more to the group than just real estate.  If anybody wants to chat reach out I’m happy to talk to you.

Joining Pace Morby's Sub2 mentorship program has been one of the best decisions in my life. It's a community unlike any other, led by a true go-giver in the real estate industry. Without a doubt, this investment has proven to be one of the best ones. Pace Morby is not just a mentor; he's a guiding light for real estate enthusiasts seeking to make their mark in the industry. His mentorship program is designed to provide aspiring real estate investors with the knowledge, and support they need to thrive. But it's not just the content and resources that set Sub2 apart; it's the sense of community and Pace's unwavering dedication to helping his students succeed.

What makes Pace Morby's mentorship program truly exceptional is his go-giver mentality. He doesn't just teach you the ropes of real estate; he also shares his experiences, strategies, and secrets to success. Pace is not just about making money for himself; he's about empowering others to achieve their financial goals and create a life of abundance.

The Sub2 community is a testament to Pace's commitment to his students. It's a vibrant and supportive group of like-minded individuals who are on a shared journey to financial freedom through real estate. The camaraderie within this community is palpable, and you'll find yourself surrounded by fellow students who are eager to help, share insights, and celebrate each other's successes.

One of the most remarkable aspects of Pace's mentorship program is the absence of doubt. When you immerse yourself in Sub2, you'll quickly realize that you're learning from someone who has been there, done that, and is more than willing to guide you through the challenges and uncertainties of real estate investing. The doubt that often plagues beginners is replaced with confidence and a clear path forward.

For anyone contemplating whether to join Pace Morby's Sub2 mentorship program, my advice is simple: Just go for it! The investment you make in yourself and your real estate education will pay dividends beyond your wildest dreams. Pace Morby is a genuine go-giver who will be by your side every step of the way, and you'll thank yourself later for taking this life-changing opportunity.

It's the best decision I've made! Not only for the program, but it's basically a curated community of people to do deals with, so you focus on what you do best. Either building systems, pitching terms to sellers, providing funding, buying the deals, doing the TC, or sponsoring a loan. Whatever you do, there is room for you, and there are people willing to bring to the table whatever you are lacking.

I have learned soooooo much with Pace Morby

We do daily zooms and have met the most amazing people ever. I have been in multiple mastermind and this is the best ever.

I get more support from the members in pace more than other masterminds that I’m in.
Daily zooms and a culture of community help by far has been amazing

You know, it would be more convincing if he just let the real people in the program speak instead of unloading a bunch of shills onto every topic.

It's an interesting mentorship that works for a lot of people.  The chief medium of the mentorship is Facebook.  This will be where you will reach out for help and network with other members.  You will see people crowd-source solutions and questions on nearly every subject imaginable.  There are daily Zoom calls on multiple different subjects.  These alone are worth the price of admission.  You can pop in and see someone live call a seller and structure a deal.  Many, but not all of these zooms are put in the vault. Pace adds a lot of new subjects all the time.  Right now he is doing a zero-down business buying VALUE ADD content to the program.  Part of the req to get that is to come here and review the program.  There are a ton of people getting a lot of value and getting deals done due to this program.  It's not a panacea and it's not for everyone but for the really outgoing who want to get with people to do deals and don't need heavy defined how-to-content will get way more value than the cost.

Interesting... could you tell me more about the value add content program? How does one by a business with zero down?

I've been in Subto for a month, and with the meetups, the network on facebook and Discord, and the daily set of 5-8 zoom meetings, AND local regional zooms every weeks, it's like a super duper space age firehose of value. I was lost on what to do, and within a couple weeks, I closing a deal right now that's going to be an triple digit flip, and got 3 more ready to sign, at least 2 will close.  I was not even prepared for this kind of success.  This is honestly going to change my life, and this is even BEFORE jumping into zero down business buying that I will thrive in given my business background. The community is truly the differentiating factor, it's real value, and real helpful, and everyone is doing deals with everyone, raising capital together. It's mind blowing.

We've been a part of SubTo since the beginning of 2022.  It's been amazing.  I can honestly say the biggest win being in the mentorship is not just the mentoring and info, but the Community.  These are the most kind, helpful, giving people you'll ever meet!  And you learn a bunch of stuff about real estate that will help you succeed and make money, scaling from zero to hero in ANY area of real estate.  Within the community you have experts in every field that will help you in the area you want to pursue, from trailer parks, to multifamily, to flipping, to wholesaling, to Short Term Rentals, you name it. People got you covered.  Jump in!

Subto is an awesome community! Pace is a really good teacher and has surrounded himself with a a lot of really great mentors and has built a really great team. The community is awesome as well. Everyone is so helpful and giving, and willing to look at deals with you and help you through the process. I would say its one of the best communities out there.

Man, where do I start... Pace has been an amazing mentor and what he has created has been nothing short of great. I have joined the community the beginning of this year and have bought 3 buy/hold deals just this year from other subto students. You will meet the best of the best in the community and the knowledge never stops. You will meet your private money lenders, your wholesalers who bring you deals, your partners that will help you build your business, the TC to make sure everything is done correctly. I am so grateful for him and all of those who truly believe in him because they have built something so wonderful and beneficial to grow in Real Estate and be able to build sooner then later. Thanks Pace!

Hello Chida,

I completely understand where you are coming from, To be honest, in the beginning, I was hesitant to join the mentorship too, mainly because of the high cost, I found Pace Morby on YouTube and I followed him and watched almost all of his videos, and I just got impressed of how much he give for free, so I just listened to my heart and decided to join on October 2022!

I cannot express with words how I feel!! Subto is not only a mentorship, but it is more than anything a Community! I have found countless hours of knowledge on how to master and be successful in each specific niche, either DTS, DTA, foreclosures, low equity, cash, creative, etc!!!

But besides all of that knowledge, we also have zooms where we receive so much support while also we make so valuable connections!! I can tell you that I finally found my people, like-minded individuals and we all have similar goals!!!

As of right now, I am pursuing my first deal, I finally After exploring multiple niches decided the path I want to follow, it is just a matter of time and consistency, and I have no doubt!!

Pace has changed so many lives (I say that because of all the testimonies from people that have been in subto since before I joined) People are making in 1 month what other people make in 1 year or even longer!!! Pace has definitely changed my life too! Even though I haven't closed on my first deal, just being part of this community has been a life changer and mindset changer for me!!

If you still are wondering if you should join, I would say definitely do it!! Money is a filter, and in this community, I have found such amazing connections and friends!! <3
