We've been a part of SubTo since the beginning of 2022.  It's been amazing.  I can honestly say the biggest win being in the mentorship is not just the mentoring and info, but the Community.  These are the most kind, helpful, giving people you'll ever meet!  And you learn a bunch of stuff about real estate that will help you succeed and make money, scaling from zero to hero in ANY area of real estate.  Within the community you have experts in every field that will help you in the area you want to pursue, from trailer parks, to multifamily, to flipping, to wholesaling, to Short Term Rentals, you name it. People got you covered.  Jump in!

Quote from @Michael Borger:

Hello Kyle - to clarify, did you buy it for 230k, and then put in an additional 75k to sell it for 330k? I'm not sure how you would come out ahead with those figures.

Ha! No that was confusing :) I used $75k of my own money inside the $230,000. About 20k in repairs. All in at $250k. I’ll clarify my post.

Hey man,

Yes, we were just updating our BP profile today realizing we haven't done that in a while.  We used Lending One on that one for the 80% and 100% construction.  Great experience.  We had the 20% to be able to cover the rest.  You guys do lending, yeah?

We're Hawaii and looking for someone out of state who can help us set up our Facebook business page and also help us do some marketing ads. We're trying to wholesale and flip and want to draw people to us via Facebook Ads.  Anyone out there really good at this we can hire to help?  Mahalo!

Hey William.  I don't know what the specific area is called, but it's in the Southeast quadrant of town.  However...just did a walk through this morning, there's a number of concerning things we're discovering behind the curtain, so we're considering what our options need to be at this point.  I'll keep y'all posted.

Hey guys! We just locked in our first duplex rental property in Wichita thanks to our rockstar realtor @Bryant Belden & new property manager @Cody Arnett Will close April 9.  We live in Hawaii, but have family all over Kansas, so we've been finding it a good place for us to invest.  I'd love to meet up virtually with all you guys when you do meet.  I'll follow to stay posted.
