Getting my first deal

Hello, My name is Chris I am ready to make the jump into Investing I have gathered resources and am just on the lookout for the deal. I'm connecting with a local real estate agent next week to help get leads on the MLS. Also always on the lookout while I am out and about. I was hoping to be able to connect and possibly meet up with like minded investors in the area, specifically in flipping that I could hopefully meet for coffee and let me pick there brain. I am beyond excited and love learning the ways you can invest and I would like to meet some people with the same passion. I'm looking to begin investing in the Snohomish County and would appreciate any leads or wholesalers that may have some inventory.

If so, Caliber Real Estate is a great place to learn about auction foreclosures and they have a great team to help you acquire auction deals and work with you through the entire flip procedure. I'd highly recommend you attend one of their Thursday night auction previews at their office in Bellevue. It is also a great place to network and meet people. All the best to you!
