Thank you @Pratik P. for the advice. What seems to get a better response in your opinion handwritten or printed letters?

Hello everyone, I am getting ready to send out my first mailer to absentee owners in the area and am drafting my letter to send and I am looking for ideas and guidance as to what to put on the letters. I would also like some advice as to what kind of things to ask when talking to a seller when they call. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone, I have been away for a little bit due to my baby being born. However I am wanting to get ramped up and start getting some action taken. I am looking for any local wholesalers in Lacey/Olympia that could help me with some tips to get started. I don't really have any capital to get started with but I am willing to work hard to learn. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Also I have been too a few meet ups and been around the forum and would be happy to help in any way I can. I recently started working in construction and could help with the little hit if knowledge I have gotten so far.

Hello everyone. I am going to begin wholesaling soon and am looking for investor friendly agents in the area. I am wanting to do some double closings on HUD homes with transnational financing. I am also looking for other wholesalers in the area to connect with. I am currently just driving for dollars, building my team and networking. I need a agent to close some of my wholesale transactions as well. Please feel free to pm me. I do not not nearly as much as I would like about real estate but I would be more than willing to help out newbies like myself.

I have been attending local BP and real estate meet ups and have already starting networking and have a few cash buyers. I'm still working on the rest.
