Hi Carole I am a property manager . I am managing properties in several cities in salt lake surrounding areas. I have been managing a duplex in west valley for a out of state investor for 8 years . West valley is a more challenging area but I have been very successfully managing it at more than 95% occupancy. I have been making my investors very happy . Excellence references available .
