Interested in learning how to be a lender
Hi All, I'm very new to BP and just participated in a BP get together this week in Houston. I'm interested in being a hard money lender, but have never done it. As a licensed agent with a very analytical background, I know the real estate market pretty well. Hoping to connect with and learn from people on the lending side. Of course, will also appreciate an opportunity to look at potential deals. Thanks.

I would try crowdfunding to learn more about the process or maybe begin like private lender to see everything with some distance
