I am trying to close some land in far away area in Texas, is there any remote title company or just trying to find the nearest title company?

Owner finance. I discovered most of the leads I got through Facebook and Offerup are people with not the full amount of money to buy it cash.

I am located at Houston area, I am selling a lot and several people are asking if I can sell the lot by credit. Some offers big down payments and other just ask. 

My question is how do I create a note, just follow a template, go to a title company, etc, etc. 

Any suggestion ? 

I think it is a good idea, I am closing next week a property with tenant occupied, I will work outside on the house until lease is completed this November and then fix anything left and increase rent. Right now the tenant is paying lower market price on that area.

I would like to use the calculator just to run my numbers, however, I am checking the Plus Membership, will this allow me run my number unlimited without printing any report or just use it five times a month?
