House Flipping in the North Houston Area

Kate Chartrand

I'm considering entering the world of house flipping in the area north of Houston (Spring/Conroe/Magnolia), single family homes <$150k. I would love to hear from investors in the area who could tell me if I could be profitable flipping houses here, and what you have found is the best way to find good deals. Thank you!

Kate, Welcome to BP.

there is great money to be made with flipping anywhere really. however keep in mind that price range is probably one of the most crowed space in REI. not to say that you wont find decent deals its just you will have to work a little harder to get them.

but dont let that discourage you, do you currently attend REI meetings anywhere? if not you should, and if you do thats a great place to network and possibly find a good off market deal.

are you bring in 150k cash to your deals? if so you might be able to partner up with someone that has a deal but not the funds.

best of luck and happy hunting!

Nick
