Thank you for your input. It seems that if I can find a local mentor to shadow/assist, that could be a better option than signing up for this program?

Thank you for the input. I have already learned a lot from Bigger Pockets, and it's an amazing resource. But the things that attract us to the FB program are: the systems and checklists for every aspect of investing, online and live classes, an on call expert, personal coach, and integrated database, marketing and website system. I haven't found anything comparable except realeflow.com with regards to the database/marketing system. Would there be a less expensive way to get access to those types of things?

My husband and I are considering the mastery program through Fortune Builders. Has anyone in the Houston area gone through the program and coaching? Can you please tell me how you benefited from it, and tell me the pros and cons? Thanks!

Thanks for everyone's input! I'm still researching and educating myself on the whole process, and beginning to network. I will keep in touch.

I'm considering entering the world of house flipping in the area north of Houston (Spring/Conroe/Magnolia), single family homes <$150k. I would love to hear from investors in the area who could tell me if I could be profitable flipping houses here, and what you have found is the best way to find good deals. Thank you!
