I’m an out of state investor. Have a multifamily in WeHo for about 10 year. Question hold or sell?

Hi Mary Beth - good Q! Has it met your goals? Plans for proceeds? Strong market here - would be glad to discuss further, I'm native to Nashville. Happy to help in any way -- hope to hear from you soon!

Best,
Lucius

Hey Mary Beth! I am a newbie investor so won’t give advice, but your post caught my eye as I live in WeHo :) The neighborhood has grown so much already with lots of developments in the works. Construction everywhere. If you ever need anything I am right up the street! Best of luck!

    @Mary Beth Lawrence

    Great options either way! Very strong rental/sales market and WeHo continues to have new development come through which adds to its desirability for tenants. Ultimately it depends on what your goals are and which option puts you closer to them.

    As others have mentioned, what are your goals? If you are looking to cash out then now could be a good time to do that with the low inventory levels in Nashville. If you are looking to stay in it for the long run then now could be a great time to refinance and ride some cash flow. It’s a great part of town!
