Agreed, we purchased another home in September, I just told the listing agent, he provided a disclosure form - filled it out, no big deal. I chose to reduce the sale price by what would have been my commission amount and he still got his agreed to commission.

LVT - living areas, entry, halls, bathrooms - invest in the thicker product (worth it).
