Looking for the First One
Hi Everyone - I am hunting for an investment property in Nashville,TN which will be my first one. The intent is to also use it as a primary residence as well. I am somewhat aware of the hot market, but want to test the waters. Not a professional investor, but open to working with others
Would appreciate any suggestions / recommendations / do's / do not's.

Congrats on making the decision to get started in real estate! I know that it can be tough to pull the trigger.
I recently bought my first personal residence/house hack in April, but I am planning on moving out of it relatively soon and repeating the process. The Madison, Old Hickory, Hermitage areas would be great spots to check out.
