Reedy and Company Property Management

I just bought my first house with Memphis Investment Properties.  I set up my online portal with Reedy and Company property management.  I saw that I received my first rent check on the 1st of October.  I still haven't received it in my checking account.  When do Reedy and Company deposit the money?  I try to get ahold of them with no luck and don't see anywhere on the portal to deposit to my account.

A lot of management companies pay one month later so in the event, there are repairs later that month they have rental income funds to apply to those repairs. Usually, you would get the rent in November for rent paid in October.

They should have sent you a direct deposit form once you signed up with them.
