Hey everyone,

I recently got my license and was wanting to set up a LLC as an agent, but I want to own a flip/ rental business also. What is the best way to go about setting up these two businesses? Should i just make one holding company and have the agent business and flip business under the holding company or start two completely different companies?

I want to give this meet up started. I would like to do it the first Monday in February I'm going to call around some places and see if I can get a reserve for a location in Charleston South Carolina. Is anybody still interested?

I just saw your comment. I never got it set up but would love to start one, I need some assistance with this. I need to set a date and a place.

i want to start working towards getting everything set up but I may need help running it. It would be awesome to have our first meet in August
