Zoning advice for Concord Twp, PA

Hey All,

I have a really cool project that I am trying to bring to Concord Twp, PA. It has been a challenge to get clear direction on what we can do by right and what we need to get a variance for. The target property is zoned C-2, so we can do airbnb/tourist house by right, but want to do B&B, special occasion events, and outdoor music.

Can anyone recommend a good zoning attorney that has worked with Concord Twp before? Any advice or tips on how to craft a successful application?

Thank you!

Chris

Hey Chris, I will message you a zoning attorney I know from Media. Unsure if he has worked in Concord Twp but may be a good starting point. I am on the zoning board in Media and would recommend talking with the code enforcement department to see if they will offer any names of the usual attorneys they see at their zoning board meetings. Perhaps you can also look through previous zoning meeting minutes to see if its documented what attorney represented the applicant.
