Seems like smaller multi-families go quick in town, compared to even just down i-44 in OKC.  I'm just curious if anyone locally is house hacking, or, if that is their goal in the next year or so?

Hey Nate! I house hack here in Tulsa but it was definitely tough finding a multi that fit my needs. I got mine under contract less than 8 hours after it hit the market.
