Does anyone have any foundation repair companies they would recommend? Needing a substantial amount of joist work on an investment property and subflooring.

Hi John,

   I am a licensed  GC and also Flipper. I have a passion for old houses. I have done everything from minor repairs, to removal and replacement of floor joist, to jacking up houses in order to level floors, to moving an entire house and setting it on a new foundation.
