I took Pre-Licensing through Mitchell Community College in Mooresville, and Post through Canopy Real Estate Institute. I don’t think it matters too much where you choose to take the class. What matters is the work you put into it. Studying two hours outside of class for every hour in class is a general rule of thumb. Read chapters before you go through them in class and bring all your questions. Also, there is a channel on YouTube by a guy named Travis Everette who breaks it down into real-world situations and warns of common pitfalls while taking the exam. The Dearborn app has fantastic review questions, and Quizlet is also another good tool.

Good luck!

Properties with more than four units are commercial properties.  However, as Greg mentioned above, run comps for similar duplexes.
