Hope Everyone is having a great day. I am currently invested in Atlanta, Birmingham and Dallas markets. I am looking for PM and TKP in Charlotte market.

Hello @Alpesh Parmar.  I would recommend First Investor Realty & Management, in Charlotte.  Steve Maginnis is easy to work with.  They run excellent specials and are very thorough.  It's always easy to reach him when I need to.  I have no desire to look elsewhere. Best of luck with the new area.
