Using BPO Companies for Notes
When getting pics and BOTG for assets, is anyone using BPO companies or just going through calling realtors in the area to go out and do pics and analysis?

I often do both. Usually I get one from Baldwin Advisory Group and then get another one by calling a local realtor. This gives me 2 data points in case one comes back with a wacky value.
