Tax Lien Certificates

I keep hearing advertisements on the radio for buying tax liens? Has anybody had success with this strategy? How much of a pain in the rump is it to turn profit and or foreclose on properties?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Jason,

I have had very good success with tax liens. Luckily I live in one of the best states in the country for buying tax liens and then getting house deeded to me by county when they dont get redeemed in 12 months. I dont even have to foreclose on them. The county takes care of everything. I either get a check in the mail plus interest or a deed shows up.
