I keep hearing advertisements on the radio for buying tax liens? Has anybody had success with this strategy? How much of a pain in the rump is it to turn profit and or foreclose on properties? 

Any insight would be appreciated.

I'm new to the Pittsburgh area having just moved to Beaver County.  I am looking for a 2-4 multi family unit as well.  I would be very interested in talking with you as my property manager stays in the Akron OH area and I'd like to find a good management team and network in the Pittsburgh area.
