Problems with ProTitleUSA?

Is anyone having a problem with ProTitleUSA?  I ordered a title report on an asset for $137, then they emailed me saying (paraphrase): "Our abstractor had to go back to 1960s to get the 2nd family deed and we need to charge an additional fee to get a full report, do you agree to the fee?"  - no name

I wrote back asking what the fee was and what would I get if I didn't pay the extra fee?  They responded the fee was an extra $45 dollars.  On one hand I want my report and I am happy to pay the $45 dollars but I have gone back and forth with them now for 3-4 emails simply asking for a person to talk to and they refuse to call me or put a name on their e-mails.  Does anyone have a phone number for them to use?  Their contact info on the e-mail and website doesn't work.

BBB is my last resort, but again, they don't seem to be taking my customer request seriously.  Any ideas?

This is unusual for ProTitleUSA. I would recommend just calling the number on their website. I have used them dozens of times and had great success and communication. I also know the owner Alex personally, and he is a wealth of information and all around genuinely good guy.

The fee may not be helped, but if you are unable to reach someone PM me. I can connect you with someone easily.
