Selling tax deed property
Has anyone looked into selling your tax deed property via warranty deed vs QCD? Will Warranty deeds sell for more than QCD's? Will a Warranty deed sell faster than a QCD? What are your thoughts?

If your buyer do not need conventional loan to buy Your tax deed property & understands the risk of not having the title cleared. A Quit Claim will save you time & money, on the same token, your buyer will want a better discount for him/her to take over the risk.
