Cornice paint Baltimore rowhome

Hello BP community,

I just got my lead inspection and was told to get the exterior cornice painted.  Anyone have recommendations on contractors they used and approximate price for the job.  This is a 3 story rowhome.

Thanks in advance.

I would definitely do some research online for solid lead abatement contractors in Baltimore. I have one guy in my contacts named Neil Roseman who does lead abatement - his company is LeadProbe.

I actually did my latest rehab's lead abatement myself, but only after watching several youtube videos and wearing the appropriate hazmat gear.
