Hello. Im a 39 year old married man, father of three beautiful daughters,a truck driver that is embarrassingly JUST starting to educate myself on financial literacy and build generational wealth. My worst fear is to die without passing this valuable knowledge to my girls and having something i could leave them. Im going to be moving to san antonio TX late next year and looking into real estate starting with house hacking, then eventually moving on to buy and hold properties. I wanna build a trust worthy, strong, reliable team that is knowledgeable on 2o3k or other renovation loans, and is familiar with working with people who are looking to build wealth through investment properties. I know im gonna need a really good real estate agent who understands these types of loans and investment properties. Reliable contractors who are also familiar with this, perhaps a real estate lawyer, and whatever eles you suggest i need to build a solid team. Ill be reposting this every few months to keep it fresh on the thread. If you think you could help pls shoot me your info,IG accounts, and experience so i could write you down as someone i could connect to when i move to san antonio a potentially work with . Advice is always welcomed and encouraged here.. all love
