Redoing a garage floor
Hi All! Has anyone here redone a garage floor? In one of my properties there are plenty of oil stains and cracks in the concrete and I would like to redo it so it looks presentable to tenants again.
I've seen some repaint there garage and some do an epoxy coating. Any experience with either of these?
Any recommended products to use? Looking for more info! Thanks.

Hi @Rik Patel depending on the exact condition of the garage floor there are a couple options. If it is primarily the oil spots that you are concerned about you can use a detergent, as well as concrete cleaner, baking soda, or hydrogen peroxide to try to remove them.
If there are quite a few cracks or pits, then you are looking more at resurfacing it. I would do a deep clean with a pressure washer to clean it off before beginning the resurfacing. Any loose cracks or pits I would fill with a thicker consistency of the resurfacing mixture or concrete.
There are actually some decent articles and step by step case studies from people who have resurfaced their garage floors as well:
