Hello BP I Bought my first rental proprety 2 years ago here in the Worcester Massachussets area. Its a 3 family house and it came with a set of tennants... They where paying way under the market rent so I made a lease raising the rent closer to market rent. When I presented it to them they had no problem paying more but they never signed it. Its been a few months with late as usual payments but they stopped coming in. One of the tennants lost her job and is waiting for unemployment, or her stimulus check to come in. I'm all done with these tennants and I want to get them out. I really hope I can do this without a formal eviction. Any advice on what to say to them and how to go about having this conversation would be greatly appreciated.

Hello BP we are all on here because we take pride in our properties and doing everything we can do to be great landlords. Everyone always says oh your a slumlord, and I really don't like that and actually kinda take offense. My question is how do you deal with this? What is your response when someone calls you a slumlord?

@Karl B. I have been thinking about putting up cameras i will defenetly do that! Asking the police to Do paperwork and have a stronger presence is a good thing, they already seem to be there more than they should be anyways.

Hello BP I bought my first 3 family house about a year ago here in central Massachusettes. So far it has been a great house hack! It came with some tennants who are tennants at will. I am Usually gone for the day at work but evryone tells me that a lot of cars seem to come and go. The other tennants in the building tell me that they are shure they do Crack. I'm trying to talk to her and mabe try cach for keys but it seems like she doesn't want to talk Any help or input on what I should do next would be greatly appreciated.
