Rental with mold. It is a trailer.
I'm looking to buy a 1980s mobile home. It's owner finance. It had black mold on the floors.
This home would be a rental property and I might add it's my first. The question is whether or not I should clean it or just replace the particle board. I'm trying to think of the best most effective and cheap way to do this.
Looking for advice.
Help!!

@Justin Dillon
I’ve worked in many trailers over the course of my flooring career and I’d say to just tear out the particle board and throw a sheet of osb down. The cost is pretty minimal plus your sure the problem is solved.
