Moisture trapped in windows

Hi, I just got a house that has vinyl double pane windows in it and there are several windows that have moisture trapped between the panes. I plan to do a quick flip and was hoping to avoid replacing any windows.Is there a way to fix or must the windows be replaced.

You do not need to replace the whole window (frame and glass), just the glass. My guy charges anywhere from $100 to $200 depending on the size of window.
