I was in a house yesterday that had very unstable floors in two second story bedrooms. Sort of like a trampoline effect when you jumped on them (maybe not quite that bad but it was bad enough that you could easily see the ceiling bounce when you were downstairs in the living room and dining room. House was built in 1920. Stick built. Seems solid otherwise. Could this possibly be termite damage? What is the best way to fix it (providing it isn't termites)

I don't own the house. It is on the MLS and seems like a good opportunity if i can overcome this problem.

Looks great Jason,
I am new in the rehabbing/flipping too so I enjoy looking at other projects. I like the emphasis on the kitchen and bath.

You may want to flip the hinges and handle on the fridge so it swings open the other way.

Hi, I just got a house that has vinyl double pane windows in it and there are several windows that have moisture trapped between the panes. I plan to do a quick flip and was hoping to avoid replacing any windows. Is there a way to fix or must the windows be replaced.
