Newbie looking to connect with a Baltimore BRRRR investor

Hello everyone,

First post here on BP! Currently learning as much as I can and looking to get started as soon as possible.

I come to y'all today as I am looking for an experienced BRRRR investor in the Baltimore area. I am looking at a few deals on the northeast outskirts of Baltimore city. I would love to connect with somebody and talk them through and potentially partner with someone to learn first hand.

Hi Austin, I currently own 14 rentals in the Baltimore Area, and work as a project manager for general contractors that rehab dozens more a year for other investors in the Baltimore area each year. My time is worth a lot more than a cup of coffee, but look at all my posts on biggerpockets, they all focus on Baltimore city specifically. Good Luck
