Hello everyone,

First post here on BP! Currently learning as much as I can and looking to get started as soon as possible.

I come to y'all today as I am looking for an experienced BRRRR investor in the Baltimore area. I am looking at a few deals on the northeast outskirts of Baltimore city. I would love to connect with somebody and talk them through and potentially partner with someone to learn first hand.

If anyone is interested, please let me know. Would love to take you out for coffee and I would appreciate any advice y’all can provide!
