Photos of Rehabbed House - Opinions

What does everyone think of these photos? My agent thinks I should hire a professional to take them, but I have always taken my own pictures and never had a problem with a house sale. However she could be right, maybe the photos need to be more professional, I don't know it all and could be wrong. So I am asking others if these online photos would deter you from actually going to look at the property.  I know they are not professional quality, but would they deter you from going to take a look?

I think the photos are okay, but I feel like they could be a little bit better. Also you should not have to hire someone to take photos of your home. Either your agent should hire someone or the agent should take the photos themselves. You shouldn't have to go through the work of taking photos because that is part of the job for the agent. Anyways, I think the photos are fine but it wouldn't be a bad idea if your agent hired a professional.
