@Brian Garrett I don't have to pay capital gain on the first 250k plus certain improvements I've made. Which could be up to 100k more. Still trying to figure that part out.

I'm selling my flip in Quincy, Ma. I've rehabbed the entire property myself and im getting ready to put it on the market. What's the best strategy to reinvest? I've heard payoff your next house, buy more units, Roth and 401k. What would you do with 300k?

I have a property (Primary Res)  in MA, and would like to sell or rent it.  What's the best way to use the property to expand my rental Cash Flow?  I could rent it for 2200-2500 and my payment (+ Tax and Ins) is around 2300.  I could sell and use the capital/equity (200 -300k) to purchase more rentals.  Any wisdom would be helpful.   {New to investing}
