What is Dye Test ...
... Disclosure? Is this like a lead paint test or different?
Thanks.

The only dye test I know about is putting food coloring into the tank of the toilet to see if it leaks. That obviously isn't it because neither the seller or the buyer would care.
Whatever it is, you'd better find out, in case it has something to do with testing for meth, mold, or lead.
There is a test for meth labs that involves wiping the wall with a treated pad.
