Taking Pictures for flip
I partnered with a contractor for my first flip. I live down the street from the property so the contractor wants some pictures. While I know how to take a pic., is there anything that I should make sure to get in good detail? I got a good idea of what to do just wanted to be thorough.
Thanks

You answered your own question. Be thorough. Take lots of pictures. No one ever complained that there were too many. Take photos of all rooms--show every wall, every window, all floors, all ceilings. All mechanicals. Show all visible pipes. Complete exterior. As much of the roof as you can. Interior and exterior of garage. If there is any crack in the tiles or the walls, anything that looks out of the ordinary, focus in on it.

Rob,
I agree with Jeff. Take a boat load pictures.
With that being said we always have a professional take our pictures.
The lighting is always perfect, they know what angles work best, they have the correct lenses ext.
If you search around and find someone to work with it is cheap.
We pay our person $129.00 dollars to shoot our projects.
This gives us about 50 photos of the project.
Because of the quality we are able to use with success the photos in our advertising, we use them on our web site ext.
Worth every penny.

You can never take too many pictures. The more pictures the better.
