Hi all, Im Closing n a flip today 😁😁😁 , paid cash but now I don't have enough money to do the rehab 😢. Need about 45k n repairs . Property is worth 230k .Any ideas I was thinking doing a cash out refi since my credit is not too good. Please share you knowledge Best, Luis

Find a investor. Maybe a family or friend can help. Do you have credit cards to use? Apply for a loan. Did you run the numbers before you brought the home? These are the questions you ask yourself up front. Not all hope is lost though. If its a good deal you'll find an investor. I've seen people post in the BP market place for help with rehab costs. I've also seen similar request on Craigslist.
