I am a new member to Bigger Pockets. I really appreciate this site and the wealth of information I already found. I am new to real estate investing. We have our first purchase under contract. This will be a flip but it needs a lot of work. I  have experience in  residential construction contracting, but I am new to the dallas area. I am looking for recommendations for some quality sub-contractors. Masonry, Foundation repair, tile, drywall and paint, window replacement. Looking forward to meeting fellow BP members I can learn from.

Hey Michael.  Welcome!  I've got a great guy.  He does pretty much everything but the plumbing & roofing, and he will contract that out.  He's 100% reliable and completely honest.  PM me, if you would like his contact information.
