Experienced flipper wants to know - GC or project manager.
Up to this point I've been gc'ing my own jobs. However, I want to concentrate more on finding deals. My dilemma - in order to make a decent profit it's very hard for the numbers to work using the GC. I'm thinking in the direction of a project manager.
Any opinions from flippers who have dealt with this queston?

I would also go the route of PM instead of GC, but the key thing there would be hand over some good systems to your PM that he can use and run the business just like you would and your subs don't notice any inconsistencies from the way they are used to working on your projects.
Another benefit of having a PM is that you can have the PM handle a few admin items related to some other aspects of your business that you can't delegate to a GC.
