Is there a good privacy solution for a window inside a shower?

When your lone bathroom window is the one inside the shower...is there a good solution that gives privacy AND sunlight?

Blinds don't work, horizontal or vertical.

Draps get wet.

Putting a layer of tint or reflective materials on the glass help some...as long as you don't turn the lights on.

Is there any sort of high tech materials you can put on that are like the one way mirror in the police interrogation room?  Let lights in, but will not let lights back out?

Glass blocks can work in some cases, but takes away the ventilation.

Anyone got anything creative?
