School rating in Fort Worth

Posted

What if you set a standard and the school rating is below the standard, but looks like a good deal? Do you pass on the house?

Is the school rating important for long term rentals in Fort Worth? Does a low school rating effecting on the rental demand in the area?

As @Lucia Rushton has stated, it depends on many factors. I don't recommend going out of your buy box based on schools in Fort Worth. At least a couple of the high schools have a very marked population of both the Haves and the Have-nots. Arlington, Mansfield, Saginaw, White Settlement - sure. But probably not Fort Worth if you're not too sure of the area. If you want to talk more in depth you can PM me.
