Hello everyone or a new construction residential partnership deal in Frisco Texas I’m looking for a capital and experienced partner.
I already have a land on a contract for a purpose of dividing it and building 2 townhomes or 2 larger single family. Please message me for more details

Hello Guys,

I'm working on a 13 acre land development and I need recommendations for land feasibility study. Anyone knows someone?

Hello Guys I need suggestion on a situation:
I'm in a contract to buy a house from a wholesaler, I put earnest money the title company did a great job and just found out that the owner just filed a bankruptcy. This already delaying the process and I think I could of get the house in a better price. Is it normal and possible to negotiate for a better price for the house in this position?

Hello Guys

I'm looking for a realtor that have experience with investment properties and comps for BRRR

You will need to bring 2 or 3 of them and just see who do you connect with and trust the most. The cheapest is not always the best

What if you set a standard and the school rating is below the standard, but looks like a good deal? Do you pass on the house?

Is the school rating important for long term rentals in Fort Worth? Does a low school rating effecting on the rental demand in the area?
