I know there is house flipping all over the USA and have various friends that are involved. I am looking to return back home in 2024 and was thinking if maybe that is the best option. So I am wanting to ask what everyone's opinion is on what state is best for Rehabbing/Flipping properties? Thank you for your time.

The best state for rehabbing/flipping properties is the state you know the market the best.

I flip/rehab in Kentucky and Indiana because I know the markets there.
