Hey everyone wondering if anyone has recommendations for turn key companies and property managers in Indianapolis.

Hi, feel free to reach out for more information about us. I started as an Investor here in 1980 and as a 3rd party Property manager in 2012.

    Have a great weekend

I've kissed my share of frogs out in Indi. Hit me up if you want to know who to avoid.

Hey @David Hoffman we've developed a really great system for OOS investors looking in Indy.  Between my biz partner, myself, and investors who've participated, we're about 450 doors deep in Indy and growing.  Happy to answer any questions.

Hey Jeff thanks for reaching out, I actually spoke with your colleague Nicole at your company and saw some of your portfolio.  She shared who you use for property management and the process.  I also had a call with Greaterjones as well.  My concern really is trying to get a better grasp of the neighborhoods on the ground there.  I can say the #'s make sense from an investment it's just finding a few other people in Indy such as a lawyer, home inspector, to validate the investment makes sense. Would be happy to chat further if you can.

@David Hoffman Glad to hear.  The only way you'll truly gain an understanding of Indy is to come visit.  Things change street by street here.  We'll be happy to show you around, and take you through a couple of projects.  Although you're welcome to hire your own, all of our properties are inspected by a reputable, licensed 3rd party inspector after the rehab.

I would recommend reaching out to Dan Baldini, Polaris Management.  He and his team do a great job.

@David Hoffman. Edwin Watson at Triple E Property Management is your best bet. He's big enough to have scale but not so big that your property gets lost in the shuffle.
