Welcome back @Lamont Glover II, I was wondering a while back how things went for you in the house hack. What are some of the lessons you have learned - good, bad, and ugly?

@Paul Shay in our experience, we found the all inclusive option to be quite expensive. Tenants are not as conscious when they are not paying the utilities (especially winter time).

I use Triple E Property Management for my rentals in Indy. I'm pleased with them. My contact there is Edwin Watson.

@David Hoffman. Edwin Watson at Triple E Property Management is your best bet. He's big enough to have scale but not so big that your property gets lost in the shuffle. 

I use Jynell Berkshire - savvy, responsive, and also an investor herself. She's my recommendation.

@cassie Jones, I use National Real Estate Insurance Group for my builders risk insurance. I do ground up new builds on vacant lots.
