Vinyl Plank for Rental Property

I am planning to put on new vinyl planks for a large part of my rental property. What quality do you normally choose? And what websites you use to buy?

After some search, I am looking at 3 products:

1. Mohawk Caldwell - wear layer 10 mil, 15 yr residential warranty

2. Mohawk Bowman - wear layer 12 mil, 25 yr residential warranty

3. BuildDirect.com own brand - wear layer 12 mil, 25 yr residential warranty

From the #1 and #2, I found them in

https://www.carpet-wholesale.com and https://znetflooring.com

#3 from BuidDirect.com which is the cheapest. But the online reviews of BuildDirect is mixed.

Is the #1 enough for a rental? How many years can these floors last? Where do you buy vinyl planks? Any suggestions and comments?

Any local shop or contact recommended?

Thanks.

Lei

I get mine from Home Depot and Lowes.  Don't know for sure, but I would bet they are equivalent to #1.  They work just fine for me.
